4、点击红框内I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款
5、Refund to Alipay为退款到支付宝
Refund to my Steam wallet为退款到Steam钱包
值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包
5、可点击以下两选项进行退款，并在Notes内描述原因
6、点击Submit request，大功告成，在审核后2天内退款到账户中
